I realize most people “shop” around online for the best options within their budget. I understand you don’t want to waste time with the tedious back and forth pricing emails with potential photographers. Trust me. Been there, done that!

That’s why I’m providing most of my prices and terms upfront. My goal is to help you decide whether we make a good fit without all the awkward “sales” talk. I hope by sharing as much as I can about who I am and what I offer on my website, you will be darn near 100% confident by first contact and we will have saved a lot of each other’s time.

Please keep in mind, if you don’t find something just right for you listed here, I’m always available to discuss options. Some requests like extended sessions or travel fees will require additional communication anyways. So just click the contact button if you have any questions about what you see. I am available for travel pretty much anywhere!

The Fine Print:

For ALL regular sessions, the following is included:

• No travel fee for sessions within 45 miles of Atlanta, GA
• Proofing & ordering gallery | Specialty products available upon request
• Professional equipment and editing
• Time/talent of an experienced photographer
• Blog teaser and/or post (boudoir must be approved by client beforehand)

Travel Fee:

First 45 miles are free. Each additional hour on the road is $30/hr to account for gas and wear/tear/maintenance on my vehicle plus time spent out of the office. I use Google Maps to determine total hours of travel time.

Hotel Fee:

If I am covering an event that requires an overnight stay, the client is responsible for my hotel stay. I don’t need a 5 star luxury hotel, but I do ask that the hotel be in a safe part of town within a 10 minute drive to your venue or (preferably) in the same hotel as your guests. Basically, no shady roach motels.

Sales Tax:

Georgia has a 7% sales tax I must charge on all tangible products such as albums or prints. This rate may increase or decrease depending on the state in which I photograph your session.

Cancellations:

All portrait sessions require a 50% non-refundable retainer at booking. Bookings within 2 weeks of scheduled session will require full amount upfront. Should you cancel your session, the deposit may be applied towards a rescheduling within 3 months of the original session date. Because I am often booked far in advance, rescheduling is not guaranteed. It is best you do everything possible to prevent a cancellation. Should you absolutely have to cancel, I will try my best to find another date that works for both of us.

Weddings:

All weddings will require a signed contract with a $900 retainer at booking. Canceled weddings will receive a prorated refund based on the cancellation date. See weddings page for more information.
